You may not recognize my name; however you helped my wife back in August to get our passports which we left at the hotel back in August. As you may recall, you had you driver pickup the passports at the hotel and hand deliver them to us when we met him at the airport. I wanted to write you a short note to say how much we appreciate the time you took to help us, it is very much appreciated!

Please be sure to tell Jimmy how much we appreciate his help as well! We thanked him multiple times at the airport, and I'm sure he saw the relieve on our faces when we opened the envelope containing our passports. You both showed us what true Costa Rica hospitality is!

I just wanted to write to say what an amazing experience my fiancee and I had with your company. Francisco made the experience a truly memorable one. At first I thought the ride would take forever but he make the experience a special one. He taught us a lot about the costa rican culture while driving. Also, he took us out to a great lunch/breakfast during our two trips.

My favorite part was how he was willing to stop at different places to let us take pictures. The most memorable experience was when he let us walk across the bridge with all the crocodiles.

It's been several weeks since we visited Costa Rica, but I wanted to write to tell you what an outstanding job Jimmy Roman did as our driver. We traveled with Jimmy from April 22 to April 29, from San Jose to Arenal and then to Quepos.

Without Jimmy, our trip would not have been nearly as enjoyable. He was knowledgeable, prompt, easy to work with, full of local stories and destinations. I have traveled to Costa Rica twice in the past 6 months carrying my most valued possessions, my family...October 2009 was my wife for a week at the Discovery house in Manual Antonio...In March 2010 Spring Break back in Manual Antonio at Casa Elsa...On Both occasions we used VIP Costa Travel...First their drivers are friend,on time,& most of all safety comes first...The vehicles are spotless...Each occasion I used them "4" times, usually new or not far from it...

Whether running across town or heading to the beach...Your never rushed and they will stop anywhere you like...They advise you when you need to be at the airport and monitor your Flight coming in...They bring beverages of your choice for long excursions...The only thing they should do is add "First Class" in front of the VIP because that's what they do...

The transfers went real smoothly. the vehicles were very comfortable. the drivers were great. enroute to san jose my son had lost his wallet. the driver, giovanni spotted it in the car after he had dropped us off at gran doro. he was honest enough to return and give the wallet to the hotel staff for us.
